European Union (EU Shipping)

Processing & Tracking
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Customs & Import Duties
All orders within the EU are shipped from France and do not incur customs fees.

For destinations outside the EU, import taxes and duties would be the responsibility of the customer. The Seller has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Returns
If you wish to return an item, please contact us at customercare@jillburgi.com prior to sending your return. Items must be returned within 14 calendar days of receiving your order and must be in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
