Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please reach out to our customer service. Exchanges are processed as a return followed by a new order.
